Melissa and TJ are charming, witty, and completely real. Melissa said she was browsing Pinterest and found a maternity photo of mine and contacted me for a session. I really did have the best time getting to know these two, and I am so glad for this wild and crazy internet for bringing us together!!
I was so excited when she shared wanting photos in their home, with their cats, completely natural and very relaxed. We started their maternity session in their beautiful, cozy home, which was Melissa’s childhood home. The walls were lined with family photos and they were settled in the house she grew up in. They were so excited to bring their baby girl home and begin their family of three! We headed out to a park nearby, where Melissa used to have family BBQs, Easter egg hunts, and family walks. They strolled the beautiful tree-filled park while I sat back and photographed them. The whole session was very documentary in nature, my favorite. They laughed, chatted, and let their playful spirits free. Thank you to this sweet couple for allowing me to photograph their maternity!
