Folsom Maternity Photographer | Joe + Liz

Joe and Liz had a baby. She is a doll and perfect beyond belief. Before you meet the babe, you meet the belly. You might remember this adorable, happy, always smiling, Pitbull singing, laughing, in love couple from their engagement and wedding photos! We met in Folsom for their maternity photos. Liz shined, as usual, and Joe lovingly wrapped his arms around his wife and baby girl. We chatted about their plans to raise a fun and sassy girl, who will no doubt be exactly like Liz. She is so insanely fun, her daughter is going to rock life and has her amazing parents to thank.

I don’t think I have expressed this enough…I love when I get to see my brides and grooms again. They are always more than “clients” to me. I fall in love with their stories, their families, their energy. Being able to come back and meet their children is so special to me, I thank them for allowing me to photograph them again and again.

Sacramento Newborn Photographer | Emma

When baby Emma arrived, her parents fell completely in love. I had the pleasure of meeting Whitney at her maternity session earlier this year, and it was with much anticipation I had the joy of photographing her baby girl. It is heartwarming to watch new parents navigate the new waters of having a baby with such grace and love. The sweet snuggles, soft kisses, and deep breaths breathing in their newborn’s very essence is magic. Pure magic. There is nothing quite like the delicate skin and sweet features of a newborn girl. The fear and worry and uncertainty of having a baby, bringing the little one home, and pouring love on her as she grows up is as terrifying as it is amazingly wonderful. I watched these parents adoringly tend to their baby and I know they will always be able to see the bright hope of their future as a family. I know baby Emma realizes how much she is loved.

I hope they are doing well (as this little babe is now many months old :)) and have adjusted to life as the most adorable family of three! Congratulations to this happy new family!

Sacramento Maternity Photographer | Jenna + Tom

I absolutely love this couple. I had the pleasure of meeting them last year and they are celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary this August with the arrival of their little boy. I wanted to share their maternity photos before I meet their son next week. I can’t wait to see how their family has grown with the birth of their first human child. Their sweet pup, Woody, is their first born love. He danced around during our session and I am so excited to see him with his new little best friend. Congratulations to this adorable couple!!
